Indeed,there are a lot of apartments in Boulder Colorado, however you need to be wise enough to negotiate and dig for a good find apartments.Usually the market for renting apartments are tough during the school year. I guess they need to build more places to rent because the population keeps growing .

Remember the old saying, “Go west young man.” Another great place is up here in Summit County. It’s been 75 to 85 degrees here when Denver was in the 95 to 100 degree range. And it does not feel like 85 degrees. Of course with all the stuff you can do up here you can work up a sweat.
